General Overview

 

Located on the North side of La Crosse, Heaven's Steps Child Care, LLC (HSCC) is licensed by the State of Wisconsin Department of Children and Family Services. We provide care for children ages 2 weeks through 9 years 11 months of age. We are licensed for no more than 44 children. We are inspected regularly to ensure that we meet licensing standards.

 

Child care services are available without discrimination on the basis of race, sex, color, creed, political persuasion, national origin, disability, ancestry or sexual orientation.

 

Licensed child care services will be provided between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, year around.

 

HSCC teachers and assistant teachers meet the training and experience required as outlined in Wisconsin Rules DCF 251 for Group Child Care Centers.

 

HSCC follows the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Guidelines. We serve A.M. snack, breakfast, lunch and P.M. snack. No child will go without nourishment for longer than 3 hours. Children under the age of 12 months will be served formula or breast milk unless written direction is on file from the child's health professional.
